When you click File in Outlook, you should see a screen that looks something like this: If you see a button that says Automatic Replies , see Send automatic out of office replies from Outlook. Create an out-of-office template In Outlook, create a new email message. Enter a subject and message body for your out-of-office template. You can add any necessary exceptions, then select Next.
