I had been using Outlook for several months and it worked fine; after I did a monthly backup, it just wouldn’t restart. I do not get an error message; it never gets past the blue start screen – it freezes at Processing. We bought it thru HUP and my wife no longer works there it’s installed at home.

In reply to PanyongT’s post on October 24, I tried the options and none worked. In the safe mode option, the error message was: Command line argument is not valid.
Have you tried repairing your office? To repair Office, follow these steps for windows 10 in this link below. Repair is the first correction I tried, but I just did it again and no luck Al.
